MotorCycle Holdings Limited (ASX: MTO) has significantly expanded its national footprint by acquiring select dealership and eCommerce assets from the Peter Stevens and Harley-Heaven networks.
This strategic move enhances the company's presence across four Australian states and introduces new product categories to its portfolio.

The acquisition includes Harley-Heaven dealerships in Adelaide, Perth, Penrith, and Sydney, along with Peter Stevens Motorcycles in Adelaide and Dandenong, Savage Motorcycles in Perth, and Triumph Sydney. This expansion marks MotorCycle Holdings' entry into South Australia and Western Australia, while reinforcing its position in key Victorian and New South Wales markets.

In addition to broadening its geographic reach, the company has entered the recreational vehicle market by adding BRP Sea-Doo and Can-Am products to its offerings. This diversification aligns with the company's strategy to cater to a wider range of customer interests and needs.

Chief Executive Officer Matthew Wiesner highlighted the importance of this acquisition, stating that it not only expands the company's physical presence but also enhances its ability to offer a comprehensive range of products and services to Australian riders.

For consumers, this expansion means increased access to a variety of motorcycle brands and models, as well as new recreational vehicles. The integration of these assets is expected to provide a more seamless and diverse shopping experience, both in-store and online.

As MotorCycle Holdings continues to grow and diversify, it remains committed to delivering value and quality service to its customers across Australia.
